Yes. One of the core advantages of UPT is that the same modular platform can be adapted over time for different use cases by changing components, add-ons, layouts, and up-fitted equipment. Components and attachments can be added or changed after delivery, as long as the person making the changes has the proper technical understanding and follows safe integration practices.

Yes. You can customize your build from the options available from ENVO before ordering, and configuration review and coordination are supported as part of the sales process. You can also receive the vehicle and later up-fit it with add-ons made in-house, sourced from ENVO, or bought from other equipment manufacturers, depending on your application.

UPT can be supplied as complete vehicles, rolling platforms, or kit-based formats (CKD or SKD) for partner or upfitter assembly, depending on the product, quantity, and application. Fully assembled units generally cost more than rolling platforms or kits because of the additional assembly, testing, packaging, and fulfillment work involved. The final delivery format is confirmed case by case.

UPT is currently in a pre-order phase. Placing a deposit secures your early priority in the production and allocation queue for a future UPT configuration. During this phase, ENVO works with you to understand your intended use case, likely configuration, and delivery priority, while final scheduling, configuration, logistics, and timing are confirmed through the pre-launch and launch process.

Because UPT is a modular platform that can become many different vehicles, the pre-order phase helps ENVO decide which configurations to produce first instead of guessing demand, and it gives customers a voice in shaping what gets built.

A deposit secures your place in the early production and allocation queue and gives you early access to configuration planning and launch-stage coordination. It does not lock every final technical, commercial, shipping, or regulatory detail, because those can depend on your final configuration and region.

Pre-order deposits are 100% refundable at any time. A purchase becomes firm only once a formal sales order is issued and paid. After that, the normal purchase, exchange, and return policy applies.

During the pre-launch stage, deliveries are expected to begin on a first-come, first-served basis starting in early Spring 2027. After launch, certain standard stocked products may ship within about 2 business days, customized builds may start from about 1 week, and tailored fleet builds may range from 1 week to 3 months depending on stock, order quantity, and depth of customization.

We ship worldwide, subject to logistics, geopolitical, and cross-border limitations, and orders may ship from different origins depending on availability. The buyer pays the actual shipping cost. ENVO aims to secure the most competitive rate, and the final fee is quoted and billed to the buyer. Depending on the product and quantity, orders may ship as palletized or crated freight, container shipment, fully or partially assembled units, or CKD and SKD kits.

Vehicles may be exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery or before driving 5 km, whichever comes first. To qualify, the vehicle must be in original delivery condition, with no new damage, modifications, or aftermarket parts. Customization, logistics, cross-border paperwork, and shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Custom or configured builds are not refundable for change of mind.

The vehicle carries a 12-month limited warranty by default. The battery pack is covered for 12 months or 300 charging cycles, whichever comes first, with a minimum 80% capacity retention threshold.

Coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship on the frame and chassis, body, fork and suspension, motor, controllers, displays and control units, battery pack, charger, sensors, and wiring, plus accessories. Consumables such as tires, tubes, and brake pads are covered only for defects on arrival, not normal wear. A warranty registration page is available, and claims are handled through an authorized dealer or ENVO Support.

Depending on configuration, terrain, payload, and driving conditions, the expected range is typically about 100 to 200 km per charge. Depending on the configuration and legal class, public UPT specifications indicate speeds of up to about 60 km/h. Final operating speed may depend on setup, intended application, and regional compliance requirements.

Yes. One standard charger is included with each vehicle, and UPT charges from a normal 110V or 220V plug, with no EV charging equipment required. A single battery takes about 2.5 to 3 hours to fully charge per charger, and charging 2 batteries with 1 charger takes about 4 to 5 hours from roughly 10% to 100%. Fleet and workshop users can add chargers for faster turnaround.

UPT uses high-density NMC lithium-ion packs built with UL-certified cells from EV-industry-recognized brands, with a smart BMS monitored by the main vehicle control unit and thermal-runaway protections in line with EV safety practices. The architecture is modular and swappable, and each standard chassis can accommodate 2 battery modules.

Payload depends on configuration, suspension, terrain, and use. It is around 150 kg for harsh off-road or sporty use, around 250 kg for general-purpose use, and up to around 500 kg for finished indoor applications such as an airport shuttle. Towing is up to about 350 kg depending on terrain, slope, traction, and setup. Actual limits should be confirmed for your specific build.

Potentially yes. Official street legality requires homologation for each specific configuration and each target jurisdiction, which takes dedicated effort per region and which ENVO may carry out with regional partners. UPT systems are designed in alignment with North American and European standards.

Whether you need a license, registration, or insurance depends on your country, region, local classification, and final configuration. Many uses are often non-regulated, such as mobility scooters, pedal quadricycles, off-road scooters, and non-road or job-site vehicles, but local rules must always be verified for your jurisdiction and intended use.

Service can be handled through ENVO directly, local partners, dealers, authorized service providers, or technically capable customers and fleet teams. UPT's modular design is built to be serviceable on a DIY basis. Spare parts and replacement components can be ordered through the original sales, dealer, or partner channels. Support is available through ENVO, authorized dealers, manuals, the knowledge base, community groups, and a growing library of instruction videos.
