Last Mile Delivery LEVs
Last Mile Delivery LEVs
UPT last mile delivery LEVs are compact, light electric vehicles built for local delivery jobs up to 200 kg, where full-size vans are oversized and costly. The modular platform can support parcel delivery, courier routes, food delivery, campus and municipal logistics, retail replenishment, and local service fleets with enclosed cargo boxes, insulated compartments, refrigerated modules, and mobile locker configurations.

A closer look at delivery routes, urban cargo flow, and the UPT configurations behind micro-cargo EVs and last-mile movers.
Today's last-mile delivery reality.
UPT last mile delivery LEVs are designed for the final leg of urban and local logistics, where operators need a mini, micro, and light electric vehicle instead of a full-size truck or van. Built for routes carrying up to 200 kg, the platform fits parcel delivery, courier services, food and grocery delivery, campus and site logistics, municipal service runs, and local business transport with a much smaller footprint and lower operating complexity than conventional delivery vehicles.
Where UPT fits in last-mile and urban cargo operations.
Their compact size and electric drivetrain make them well suited to both indoor warehouse use and outdoor road delivery operations.
Micro-cargo, urban delivery, and last-mile mover configurations.
Its modular architecture allows the same base vehicle to become a compact cargo mover, enclosed parcel carrier, insulated food delivery unit, refrigerated local delivery vehicle, mobile locker, or small electric utility delivery cart, making it suitable for dense urban routes, short repetitive trips, and property-based delivery operations. These light electric delivery vehicles can also be configured as pedal-electric quadricycle cargo bikes, which may be non-regulated in many jurisdictions, or as homologated vehicles under categories such as LSV, L6e, or L7e depending on the country or region.
Last-Mile Delivery EV Solutions
ENVO offers Last Mile Delivery LEVs as smart modular mobility solutions built on the UPT platform. This allows delivery operators to access purpose-built light electric delivery vehicles without the cost, delay, and complexity of developing a completely new platform for every parcel, grocery, food, service, campus, municipal, or local-business application. Using the same lego-like modular chassis, ENVO can configure compact cargo movers, enclosed parcel carriers, insulated food-delivery units, refrigerated local-delivery vehicles, courier carts, neighborhood delivery platforms, mobile locker units, and pedal-electric cargo quadricycle configurations for routes carrying up to about 200 kg.
This mass-customization approach keeps production economical while still enabling highly specific layouts, cargo volumes, access doors, shelving, locking systems, insulation or refrigeration modules, rider or driver ergonomics, onboard power, fleet connectivity, and operating logic tailored to the exact delivery workflow. Some delivery solutions may be available off the shelf and ready for small or large quantity orders, while others can be custom designed and built in a short period with low customization cost and fast production turnaround. Available configurations include Compact Electric Delivery Vehicles, Micro Cargo EVs, and Urban Last-Mile Movers.
Last-Mile Delivery EV Partnerships
ENVO supports delivery operators, local assemblers, upfitters, fleet solution providers, and specialty vehicle manufacturers who want to build or deploy custom last-mile electric delivery vehicles using the UPT modular platform. ENVO can deliver the complete solution directly to the end user, or support partners in completing the final delivery build with application-specific cargo boxes, insulated or refrigerated modules, shelving, locking systems, rider interfaces, onboard power, fleet connectivity, and operational features.
Depending on the market, these vehicles can be developed as pedal-electric cargo quadricycles that remain non-regulated in many jurisdictions, or as homologated light vehicles under categories such as LSV, L6e, or L7e where needed. This makes the UPT platform suitable for both direct fleet deployment and partnership-based commercialization.
