How does a fleet pilot program work?

A fleet pilot typically starts by reviewing your use case, duty cycle, payload, terrain, operating environment, and technical requirements. From there, ENVO helps define a suitable pilot configuration, timeline, and evaluation scope before moving toward wider deployment if the results are successful.

Can the UPT be configured for our specific operating environment?

Yes. The UPT is a modular platform, so layouts, bodies, seating, cargo setups, accessory mounts, and power use cases can be built from existing modular components to match your environment — indoor, outdoor, or mixed-use settings such as airports, warehouses, campuses, and industrial sites. The pilot review confirms the right configuration for your duty cycle.

What is the total cost of ownership compared to gas vehicles?

Light electric vehicles can offer substantial fuel and energy savings, plus reduced routine service, fewer moving parts, lower noise, and simpler maintenance than many gas alternatives. Actual savings depend on your duty cycle, utilization, vehicle class, and local operating conditions.

How do the modular, swappable batteries work for multi-shift operations?

The UPT uses a modular, swappable battery architecture — each standard chassis takes two battery modules. Because the packs are removable, fleets can keep operating across shifts using multiple chargers, parallel charging, bench or staged charging, and battery rotation to minimize turnaround. Charging uses standard 110V/220V plugs, so no EV charging infrastructure is required.

Does the platform integrate with our fleet-management software?

ENVO can support APIs and selected technical interfaces for fleet applications through the UPT's CANBUS-based architecture. Full software integration and front-end or back-end development aren't included by default but can be supported under a separate scope. Available vehicle data can include speed, power, torque, current, battery voltage, state of charge, and temperatures, with access governed by your fleet arrangement.

What range, payload, and duty cycle can we expect per charge?

Expected range is typically about 100 to 200 km per charge, varying with configuration, terrain, payload, and driving. Payload is around 250 kg in standard use — less for harsh off-road setups, and up to around 500 kg for finished indoor applications such as an airport shuttle. Real-world performance depends on slope, traction, tires, suspension, and driving style; you can model a specific route with ENVO's range simulator.

How do you handle service, spare parts, and fleet uptime?

Service can be handled through direct ENVO support, local partners, dealers, authorized service providers, or your own capable fleet team — the modular design is built to be DIY-serviceable. Spare parts are ordered through the original supply channels, and the removable battery system supports charging and rotation strategies that help keep vehicles in service.

Can we run different vehicle types on one shared parts and service program?

Yes — that's a core advantage of a modular platform. Because many UPT vehicle types share the same core architecture, components, and service approach, a mixed fleet can run on a more common parts and service program than a set of unrelated vehicles would allow.

Is the platform ready for telematics and an autonomy upgrade path?

Yes. The UPT is built on a modern CANBUS-based control architecture with dual vehicle control units, Bluetooth, OTA capability, OBD, and an app-ready dashboard, plus open 12V and 48V accessory GPIOs. That makes it suitable for telematics today and for software-defined, robotic-ready, and future autonomous integration depending on configuration and project scope.

What financing or leasing options are available for fleets?

Fleet financing or leasing options may be available depending on the market, customer profile, project size, and commercial structure. Our sales and business-development team can review the options for your case.

How does the process work from pilot to a deployed fleet?

Timing depends on product availability, quantity, configuration depth, regional logistics, validation, and any required homologation or upfitting. If the solution already exists within the current modular ecosystem and doesn't require new custom components, deployment can be a matter of weeks rather than months.
