FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What does it take to become a UPT dealer?

Interested dealers and distribution partners apply through ENVO's dealer application form, then discuss the opportunity with our team based on region, market fit, product scope, and business plan. Apply by filling out the Dealers form below.

Which dealer category is the right fit for my business?

It depends on your market, your customers, and how you want to sell and service the UPT. The categories on this page are a starting point — our business-development team helps you confirm the right fit based on your region, industry focus, and the segments you want to serve.

Do I have to carry the full lineup, or can I choose specific vehicles?

You don't have to carry the entire lineup. Because the modular EV market spans many industry verticals, partners often focus on the accounts and segments that fit their market, and you can discuss custom or niche configurations for your customers. The exact scope is agreed case by case.

What are the minimum order quantities and upfront costs?

Minimum order quantity, demo requirements, and upfront commitments depend on the region, product scope, and the type of dealership or distribution relationship being discussed. Our business-development team reviews this with you for your specific case.

What pricing and margins do dealers receive?

Dealer pricing and margins are set based on your region, product scope, volume, and the structure of the partnership. Our business-development team walks through the commercial terms with you directly.

Do you provide demo units, sales training, and service training?

Dealer support can include product familiarization, technical guidance, sales support, and coordination depending on the market and program stage, and much of the training can be delivered virtually. Demo units and hands-on evaluation are generally carried out at the dealer's or partner's own purchase and logistics cost.

What marketing and lead-generation support do dealers get?

Marketing and lead-generation support may be available depending on the program structure, region, and partnership level. Approved dealers and partners may also be listed on the official UPT, ENVO, and Modular-EV portal channels.

Are regional territories or exclusivity available?

Because the modular EV market spans many verticals, partner protection is often structured on an account and industry basis rather than purely by country or geography. Exclusivity and market-protection terms are discussed case by case based on the opportunity, investment, and partnership scope.

How do warranty, spare parts, and after-sales support work for dealers?

Vehicles carry ENVO's standard limited warranty, and warranty service is available in regions where ENVO or its authorized partners operate. Spare parts and replacement components are ordered through the original supply channels, and the modular design is built to be serviceable by capable dealer teams — with ENVO support, local partners, or authorized service providers as needed.

How long does it take to get set up and start selling?

ENVO is ready to commit once you've received your demo units, completed the required training, and set up the website, workshop, store, and business processes needed to support sales and service.

Can I request a custom or niche vehicle for my market?

Yes. Dealers and partners can discuss custom or niche vehicle opportunities based on their industry focus, customer demand, and technical capability.
