In many cases mobility-aid scooters, pedal quadricycles, off-road scooters, non-road use cases, and job-site vehicles are treated as non-regulated, so a license, registration, or insurance may not be required. These rules are local and should be verified for your jurisdiction and intended use.

Vehicles may be exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery or before driving 5 km, whichever comes first, and must be returned in original delivery condition with no new damage or modifications (a 15% restocking fee may apply; customization, logistics, and shipping fees are non-refundable). Custom or configured builds are not refundable for change of mind. Pre-order deposits, by contrast, are 100% refundable until a formal sales order is issued and paid.
